Having gone through Watergate WHILE I worked in the media, it is obvious that some are unaware of how this works. Pelosi and the Dems in Congress need to leave NO loophole available as well as ensuring the courts that they have made every attempt possible. This isn’t her first rodeo. She is giving trump enough rope to hang himself and he is doing a good job. She/they ARE complying with the rules and dragging this out is what it’s all about. You see, the court of public opinion is what counts. As trump and his cronies continue to refuse to comply with the law, the numbers against him build. While we are in a different time than Watergate, people are often the same. It was the testimonies that took Nixon out — and the Repubs know if they want to save their own skins — they will have to turn on him.
